UnifAI Technology was founded to be a force for good in the world and we strive to be an ethical company and employer. Externally, our goal is to use AI for good. Internally, our goal is to be an ethical employer that promotes diversity and inclusion. We aim to go above and beyond what would be expected for an SME of our size.

Diversity

We recognise that disabled people represent 23% of the population but only 8% of the tech sector (Diversity in IT Report, 2017), and that just 19% of the tech workforce are women (TechNation Report, 2018). We are committed to improving our own position and as we grow we see clear opportunities to promote equality internally and externally.

UnifAI Technology is committed to operating ethically and complying with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements, including the requirements of the Equality Act 2010. As part of this commitment, UnifAI Technology requires Suppliers and Companies who do business with us to operate in full compliance with the laws, rules and regulations of the countries in which they operate and to seek similar commitments across their own supply chain.
