​Phil’s role as the CEO is to drive the vision and strategy for the creation of high quality and scalable innovative products, services and solutions that can be made available to customers and partners of UnifAI. Phil works with the executive team to shape the strategy and culture of UnifAI, in order to drive value for UnifAI stakeholders and partners.

Nuno Silva
Chief Scientific and Technology Officer
​Nuno is a multi-disciplinary scientist with experience leading worldwide teams in various disciplines including sustainable energy programs, integrated water strategies & biosensors. Previously CSO on the executive committee at an award winning smart technology company. Formerly a Director at
Tate & Lyle, Technical Director at CEIIA (Excellence Engineering Centre), and multiple innovation and R&D leadership roles in the in the defence & agro-industrial sectors. Former Assistant Professor in AI and Industrial Automation.

Nuno’s role as the CSTO is to drive ideation and lead delivery for the creation of high quality and scalable innovative products, services and solutions that can be made available to customers and partners of UnifAI. Nuno works with the rest of the executive team to shape the strategy of UnifAI, and has full responsibility for the R&D and Product teams.

Dan Byles
Chief Commercial Officer
​Dan is an experienced C-level executive and non-executive chair in the public & private sectors. Previously CCO on the executive committee at an award winning smart technology company. Founding Chair of SmarterUK and current Chair of the British Standard Institute’s Standards Policy
and Strategy Committee and Chair BSI's Independent Digital Strategic Advisory Group. Former politician and Chair of the All Party Smart Cities Group and All Party Environment Group. Served on the Science and Technology Select Committee.
Dan’s role as the CCO is to drive all of UnifAI’s commercial activities, including customer and partner relationships that deliver value to UnifAI stakeholders, with full responsibility for sales and channel partner strategy and delivery. Dan works with the rest of the executive team to shape the commercial strategy of UnifAI, and has full responsibility for the Sales and Marketing teams.

Gemma Hughes
Chief Operating Officer
​Gemma is an experienced operational leader who has worked in multiple sectors, including education, defence, retail and technology. Gemma has delivered organisational design and operational processes to drive the successful delivery of products and services.
Gemma’s role as the COO is to ensure the creation of high quality and scalable innovative products are deliverable to customers in an easy to use and operate way, and ensuring that UnifAI operates by doing the right things, in the right way, at the right time. Gemma works with the rest of the executive team to ensure the strategy of UnifAI is executed with appropriate risk and operational governance.

Technical Director
​Luis is Technical Director with significant experience working in the computer software industry. Luis is skilled in Software Design and Architecture, Operations Research, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning, and has vast experience in Microsoft and Python development. A "hands-on" professional who believes that software & AI present great opportunities to improve
our quality of life, and doing so should drive technology innovation to give people the time and freedom to enjoy and embrace those elements of life that make us human.

Gil is an experienced and passionate software develop, who loves writing code.
Gil’s passion for coding began when he wrote his first program, realising that he could deliver desired outcomes from writing code. Since then Gil has been obsessed with finding new and novel ways of using software to solve complex problems that deliver real world solutions. Gil loves the fact that software engineering is a never ending puzzle, and he loves working on solving problems. As well as being passionate about using the power of programming for transformation, Gil is equally passionate about doing this at UnifAI in a way that can help improve the lives of people around the world.
