Phil is an MBA qualified and experienced technology CEO with leadership experience in major organisations including Telefonica, HSBC, Legal & General and First Direct, where he has a strong record of driving growth and innovation.

Phil’s role as the CEO is to drive the vision and strategy for the creation of high quality and scalable innovative products, services and solutions that can be made available to customers and partners of UnifAI. Phil works with the executive team to shape the strategy and culture of UnifAI, in order to drive value for UnifAI stakeholders and partners.

Nuno is a multi-disciplinary scientist with experience leading worldwide teams in various disciplines including sustainable energy programs, integrated water strategies & biosensors. Previously CSO on the executive committee at an award winning smart technology company. Formerly a Director at Tate & Lyle, Technical Director at CEIIA (Excellence Engineering Centre), and multiple innovation and R&D leadership roles in the in the defence & agro-industrial sectors. Former Assistant Professor in AI and Industrial Automation.

Nuno’s role as the CSO is to drive ideation and lead delivery for the creation of high quality and scalable innovative products, services and solutions that can be made available to customers and partners of UnifAI. Nuno works with the rest of the executive team to shape the strategy of UnifAI, and has full responsibility for the R&D and Product teams.

Dan is an experienced C-level executive and non-executive chair in the public & private sectors. Previously CCO on the executive committee at an award winning smart technology company. Current Chair of SmarterUK and of the British Standard Institute’s Standards Policy and Strategy Committee. Former politician and Chair of the All Party Smart Cities Group and All Party Environment Group. Served on the Science and Technology Select Committee.

Dan’s role as the CCO is to drive all of UnifAI’s commercial activities, including customer and partner relationships that deliver value to UnifAI stakeholders, with full responsibility for sales and channel partner strategy and delivery. Dan works with the rest of the executive team to shape the commercial strategy of UnifAI, and has full responsibility for the Sales and Marketing teams.

Gemma is an experienced operational leader who has worked in multiple sectors, including education, defence, retail and technology. Gemma has delivered organisational design and operational processes to drive the successful delivery of products and services.
Gemma’s role as the COO is to ensure the creation of high quality and scalable innovative products are deliverable to customers in an easy to use and operate way, and ensuring that UnifAI operates by doing the right things, in the right way, at the right time. Gemma works with the rest of the executive team to ensure the strategy of UnifAI is executed with appropriate risk and operational governance.

Luís is a Technical Lead Engineer with significant experience working in the computer software industry. Luis is skilled in Software Design and Architecture, Operations Research, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning, and has vast experience in Microsoft and Python development. A "hands-on" professional who believes that software & AI present great opportunities to improve our quality of life and doing so should drive technology innovation to give people the time and freedom to enjoy and embrace those elements of life that make us Human.

António is an extremely talented software developer who shares the passion for using software and AI as a tool to help improve the health and well being of people, our planet and the infrastructure we use. As the newest member of the UnifAI team, António brings a fresh perspective and view point to the development of UnifAI. António is particularly adept at understanding problems, and solving them through software.
