UnifAI Technology is once again delighted to have been shortlisted in two categories for the prestigious Water Industry Awards 2022. in partnership with Wessex Water. Last year we were Highly Commended in the Data Analytics, Cloud and AI Project of the Year for our project in Poole Harbour, UK.
The 2022 shortlisting recognises UnifAI's unique approach to monitoring the risk of harmful bacteria in water using low cost sensing and AI. This ground breaking approach enables continuous and low cost monitoring for microbiome risks and provides many benefits, from improved safety for recreational river users to better understanding of the real-world impact of waste water discharges on rivers (is there a measurable impact on water quality, how big an impact is there, how long does it last, how far down river does it extend...?).
UnifAI Technology and Wessex Water are shortlisted for two awards:
● Digitalisation Project of the Year.
● Waste Water Innovation Project of the Year.
The awards are traditionally dominated by large industry players and once again there is strong competition, so we proud to be holding our own as an SME helping to drive innovation in the sector.
